昨日あれから皮膚の調子がいつもよりよかった感じがしました(!)(happy face)

いつもはプレドニン(最強のステロイド剤と言われてます)の効果が切れてくる夕方〜夜に足の裏などの痒みがひどくなってくるのですが、
夜お風呂に入る時に、「そう言えば今日は症状が軽いな〜」と感じたのです(smiling cloud)

もしかしたら、昼も夜も小麦粉の食事をしていないからかなとも思いますが、
それにしても昼にシュークリームを食べたり(金属アレルギーのため飲まないほうがいい)コーヒーを飲んだりしていたんです。

夕方から夜にかけては、あまりの痒さに平常心ではいられないことも多いので、私にとってはすごく有り難く、嬉しいことです(smiling heart)

この方…定期的な検査に行ったら
数値が改善傾向で、薬を少し減らすことができたそうです❣️

ご自分で腸のエコー写真を見て
なんか前よりキレイになってる気がしたの！っておっしゃってました❤️

我觉得我的皮肤从昨天开始感觉比平时好（！）（笑脸）

通常，当强的松龙（据说是最强的类固醇）的作用被切断时，脚底的瘙痒会从晚上到晚上变得更糟。
晚上洗澡的时候，感觉“对了，我今天的症状很轻。”（笑云）

也许是因为我白天或晚上都不吃面粉，
即便如此，我还是习惯中午吃泡芙（不要因为金属过敏而喝）和喝咖啡。

혹시, 밤이나 낮이나 밀가루 음식을하고 있지 않기 때문 일까라고도 생각 합니다만,
그래도 낮에 슈크림을 먹고 (금속 알레르기 때문에 마시지 않는 것이 좋다) 커피를 마시거나하고있었습니다.

Sentí que mi piel se sentía mejor de lo habitual desde ayer (!) (Cara feliz)

Por lo general, la picazón en las plantas de los pies empeora de la tarde a la noche cuando se interrumpe el efecto de la prednisolona (que se dice que es el esteroide más fuerte).
Cuando me bañé por la noche, sentí: “Por cierto, hoy mis síntomas son leves”. (Nube sonriente)

Tal vez sea porque no como harina de día ni de noche,
Aun así, solía comer bollos de crema al mediodía (no bebo por alergia a los metales) y tomar café.

De la tarde a la noche, la picazón a menudo no es suficiente para mí, así que estoy muy agradecido y feliz (corazón sonriente).
